The positive bias of cyberslacking is the recovery of the physical energy for the development of other activities. Most companies adopt the practice to monitor these activities. Factors which could lead to this behavior are: feeling of injustice in the organization, impaired sleep and lack of control of online time. It was verified that cyberslacking is more common amongst young males. A total of 179 articles were found, 26 of which were utilized. The databases ScieELO, BVS, Lilacs, Science Direct On Line and PubMed were used, without a minimum date, and included articles published up until July 2013. Abstract The objective of this manuscript was to perform a systematic literature review regarding the inadequate use of the internet at the workplace (cyberslacking). Palavras-chave: Cyberslacking tecnologia monitoramento dependência revisão. Considera-se, por fim, que esta é uma problemática distante de ser solucionada, pois, além da complexidade deste comportamento, poucas estratégias efetivas são aplicadas até o momento.

Resumo O objetivo do manuscrito foi realizar uma revisão sistemática da literatura sobre o uso inadequado de Internet no ambiente de trabalho (cyberslacking). Findings suggest that the development of an instruction models and the selection of an appropriate topic be necessary for promoting the interaction between teacher and students as well as enhancing the students` ability of argument. Also there were four types of argumentation patterns emerged throughout the whole instructions. On the contrary, teacher-centered instruction ended up with few or lower-level argumentation. The results showed that in case of learner-centered instructions, there were lots of relatively higher-level argumentations appeared. Toulmin`s argument model was used as a tool for analyzing students` argumentation, and the argumentation patterns were categorized by sequence of argument operations. Internet messenger (instant messenger) was used for instruction, and data were collected by. They attended a program offered by the Science-Gifted Education Center, Seoul National University. Participants in this study were five 9th grader in middle school in Seoul. Scientifically gifted students` argumentation characteristics in science instruction using the internet messenger was investigated. The concerns raised by the students regarding the online blended mode of delivery were drawn upon to make important recommendations for improvement of ODL teaching and learning at Unisa. Our findings revealed that generally students had a more positive than negative experience with the online blended mode of delivery of the Applied Mathematics module. We used survey questionnaires to get student feedback about their online learning experiences. We conducted a non-experimental case study on first-year students who had studied this course online. The objective of this research was to study the experiences of students studying a first year blended Applied Mathematics module online in the College of Science, Engineering and Technology (CSET) at Unisa.
